AL045 PINADA BEACH IIl: Apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with underfloor heating, living room, kitchen and balcony (which offers, from its left side, a beautiful sea view), with capacity for 4 people, fully furnished and equipped, It has hot/cold air conditioning and wireless internet connection. It has shared use of the three swimming pools of the residential complex: a large pool with a sunbathing area overlooking the dunes, a smaller pool and a pool only for children. There is also a communal roof terrace (solarium) available for tenants, where you can relax and enjoy a beautiful view (with a range of more than 50 km.) as well as make use of the showers, bathrooms, grill and sink arranged in this area. It is centrally located, so you will find all the facilities that can meet your daily needs such as: supermarkets, shops, cafes and restaurants, all within walking distance. It is in La Mata, just 50 meters from La Mata beach. Alicante airport is 40 minutes away by car.
