Beautiful penthouse with gardens and pool in Salamanca next to El Tormes Shopping Center. It has tourist license and free WIFI. Name of the apartment: Alameda del Tormes The penthouse has 3 spacious and bright rooms for sleeping up to 6 people (1 double bed and 4 singles and we can also install an additional crib in one of the rooms under request of the guests totally free), living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and three large terraces. All rooms are exterior and fully furnished. It is located on a third floor with elevator. There is a direct bus connected to the center of Salamanca. The bus has a frequency of 15 minutes on business days and 30 minutes on Saturdays and holidays. Appliances: Washing machine, fridge, vitroceramics, dishwasher, microwave, TV, vacuum cleaner. Sheets, blankets and bedspreads are provided for all beds. Parking in the same street of the building with total availability and enough free parking space at any time and any day of the week. Parking is free. The pool is communal for all residents of the community buildings. It is a swimming pool that opens in the summer season. Normally the opening dates of the pool are from June 15 to September 15. These dates may vary in days depending on the weather conditions of each particular year.

Very quiet and landscaped residential area on the property and the surrounding area, with a swimming pool available. The swimming pool is available in the summer season. The nearby shopping center (2 minutes walk) has a multitude of restaurants, clothing and shoe stores, a supermarket, cinemas, video game stores, etc...
