Located in a private Laguna Beach estate, with 24hrs/day security, just 5 minutes walking distance from a gorgeous, sandy beach, with plenty of bars, restaurants and cafes. Private roof terrace provides additional recreational area, surrounded by palm trees, with a marvellous sight at a nearby mountaing range. Suite furnished with Smart TV system and a retractable sofa in the main room, allowing sleeping space for 2 adults. Open kitchen connected to the main room, with all the necessary kitchenware. Bedroom has a double-bed, sized 160x200 cm, along with a spacious wardrobe. TV set with Chromecast and other apps will make your evenings entertaining. All the rooms are air-conditioned, regulated by a main remote in the hall. Free Wi-Fi available. Guests of the estate may access the pool area, constantly supervised by lifeguards. The pool is open from 1.06 to 15.09. Underground parking lot is ready for use, along with public parking spots in front of the estate.
All important facilities, e.g. pharmacies, shopping mall and other shops may be found within the nearest surroundings.
