The expansive garden of over 1,000 m² and the original trull from 1869—the estate's ancient olive press—preserve the memory of a place that invites you to pause, observe, and savor the small things. As evening falls, Carles prepares a simple, honest cuisine based on locally sourced products—a table around which to discover the authentic flavors of the Empordà.
