15 kilometers from Santiago, located on the side of a hill and surrounded by a spectacular botanical garden, completely fenced and private. 4 spacious rooms with impressive bathrooms on the second floor. Kitchen, living room, large living room and reading room, a toilet and an outdoor terrace on the ground floor. All rooms of the house, both common spaces and rooms, blend with nature through large galleries and balconies. With almost 2 hectares, the garden is the main protagonist of the house. Carefully designed, each one of the zones of its own personality: sunny countryside, sectors of the rocky garden, the coniferous forest, the slope of the azaleas and rhododendrons, or the path of the camellias. From the pool area, we will go to the cobbled path of more than half a kilometer that runs through the wooded garden to the top of the hill, and offers spectacular views of the valley all the way. In the ground floor there is a garage, a games area (table football, table tennis), a laundry and ironing room and a bathroom with shower.

The House is located in the heart of Galicia, a region of Spain famous for its gastronomy, its mild climate and its great monumental and scenic wealth. It is a quiet village, in the Valley of A Mahía and only 15 km from Santiago de Compostela. The house is well connected by motorway with the international airport of Santiago de Compostela SCQ (25 km by car) or to get close to a spa (just 800m away), wonderful beaches, natural parks and cities with centuries of history. Therefore, the house is perfect both for those who want a quiet holiday and for visitors with more dynamic and / or cultural interests. In the surroundings you can make excursions to the mills of Gus, the Towers of Altamira, the Castro de Castrigo, the Galician pazos route.
