I define myself as a simple, quiet and hardworking person who enjoys his family, his friends and his work. I dispose of a small business related to the business world of fashion that absorbs me most of my hours. I love the sea and all sports with special reference to swimming which I practice almost every day.

Comfortable apartment on the seafront. Between the beach of Almadrava and Canyelles Petites. With private access to the sea. Located 3 km from the town of Roses. Free pàrquing. With all amenities, satellite TV, Wi-fi internet, dishwasher, washing machine, new refrigerator large capacity, heating, completely new electric stove, barbecue on the terrace, large communal garden, large modern bathroom and fully renovated.

Neighborhood info

Belvedere, is a private apartment. It has splendid sea views from its terrace, very quiet, 20 meters from the sea (you can almost fish from your terrace :)), located between the two best beaches of Roses and perhaps of the Costa Brava: "Almadrava" and "Canyelles Petites".
