Modern 1-bedroom apartment, completed in 2023, located in the heart of Torrevieja, just 50 meters from the beach. It is part of a gated complex with a large swimming pool, sunbathing area, and outdoor shower. The apartment is quiet, air-conditioned, and heated. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare even complex dishes. The location is perfect: close to restaurants, tapas bars, shops, and tourist attractions, yet the apartment is situated on a quiet one-way street. Alicante Airport is 40 minutes away by car.
The location is very good as it is in the city center but on a quiet one way street. Around there are many attractions for tourists, restaurants, shops, Spanish tapas bars. The beach is very only 50 meters away. There are bus stops nearby, both local and intercity. Excellent communication with Alicante airport, only 45 minutes by bus. There is a children's playground on the beach. The car can be easily parked on the street by the housing estate, parking is free. The location is in the city center so you are close to everything.
