The apartment has three bedrooms all with direct outside ventilation and therefore natural light. In can accommodate 5 people perfectly. In the event that fewer people come there is no problem as the rooms that are not used are closed. It also has radiant floor heating. Of course the apartment has a bathroom with tub and elements necessary for personal hygiene. In the bathroom, you will also find a small kit for basic cures and little pains that sometimes arise. We have a double room with a bed of 1.50 m for two people and a large closet where you can store all your clothes and more. The single room has a bed for one person and a closet to store your clothes and things. The window of this room opens directly onto Columbus Street so you have plenty of light, which together with its decoration make it very cheerful. From another double room with two beds, you can see the old part of our city. In the living room you can relax and unwind after a long day of visiting the city. Also in the living room we have a small library and some games

For its location, you can walk to the old part of Cuenca, to see its famous Hanging Houses and San Pablo Bridge . To take a cafetito in the famous Parador de Cuenca, where current Kings of Spain spent their first night and honeymoon. You can also stroll along the river Júcar , with its colorful yellow, green , red especially in the autumn season . But if you want to rest , you will find only 50 m supermarket where you can buy everything you need and it also offers a takeaway shop , which make a great roast chicken . If you come with children you have in the vicinity of the apartment, a park with play area with swings , plus board games and books we have in our apartment for the children .
