Newly renovated apartment suitable for two to four people. Bedroom with two single beds or if you prefer a double bed. The room has a sofa that converts into double bed. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. The kitchen tools is simple and essential, ceramic hob four burners and oven, fridge with freezer. The apartment comes complete with everything you need to to spend your holidays in total independence. For stays of at least two weeks we will be provided the service of housekeeping and changing of sheets and towels. Guests will have access to the residence's swimming pool (unheated).

The apartment is located in a strategic position to the main services and entertainment centers as well as' the dunes and the beach. Just 100 meters from the CC Yumbo and Cita, 300 meters from the dunes, 200 meters from the Paseo Maritimo.
