Welcome to the "Riverside Home" Apartment fully renovated in 2022. The apartment is located by river Huécar riverside, on the Old Town of Cuenca. For it's unique location its just close to city commodities of the modern part (Supermarkets, free parking on the street, restaurants etc) without losing the essence of being in the UNESCO Old Town city of Cuenca. It's an apartment fully renovated in 2022, a 3rd floor without lift. A 32m2 kitchen-dining room with wide windows. Complete bathroom and a bed room with a queen size bed. There is a coffee Nespresso machine available for the guests and basic cooking products. Additionally there is a Smart TV with Netflix and Alexa for music :) *The customer is responsible to keep the apartment in the same condition as it's given on the arrival. Any damage to the property or the furniture during the stay may be claimed by the host.

The Home is located on the lower Oldtown of Cuenca. The perfect place for somebody who wants to visit the city. There is free parking on the street as well as a public parking just a 100m away.
