Cozy apartment completely renovated and equipped on the 2nd line of the beach. Located in the most popular area of ​​Arguineguín, close to everything to fully enjoy your stay in one of the sunniest and quietest towns on the island. You will be two steps from the beach and Avda. De las Marañuelas, with shops, restaurants and bars with terraces, supermarkets, pharmacy and bus stop very close. Spacious apartment on the ground floor without exterior windows with patios of light. Very comfortable, fresh and pleasant. It has a living room with a flat TV and FREE WIFI, a bedroom with a double bed and another with bunk beds, a private bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer and free toiletries, a laundry room and a well-equipped kitchen with small appliances.
