We are a couple and work as a team : homeapartmentsjerez com - Amelia is originally Spanish teacher for foreigners with a master degrees in art and business administration. - Juan is originally IT engineer with a background of managing director of publishing house in France and worked in many countries. We both are fluent in english, french and spanish We both have lived many years abroad We both have very international families We have dedicated every seconds of these past five years providing visitors with a local experience by offering them top shelf apartment and house. We do not consider tourists as an short term opportunity but as a long term relation, this is the reason Apartments we propose you are totally different of what the market propose Services and advises are included but above all a pleasure

Our 4 apartments and beach house (homeapartmentsjerez com) are very much different of what the market usually provide ! As a matter of fact we live in every single of them and everywhere we really love to cook, read, listen music, watch tv and movies .... This is the reason are fully equipped : dedicated fibre optic internet access, 1 meter wide curved Samsung TV, Netflix unlimited, apple TV ... Our kitchen comes with everything to cook, not to warm up a prepared dish ! Our bed has a top shelf mattress with 800 strings cotton linen (for the non specialist what you would find in a 5 stars L hotel) You'll find books, maps, Amelia's frames on the walls ... Part of our life is inside the apartment We love transparency, so in every apartment folder on our web site, you ll find a data sheet page with all the details of everything

All our apartment are located within the heart of the historical center. No need of a car for anything. There are several public parkings within a couple of minutes of the apartment, we will advise you the most convenient one. Please note, guests are required to provide their IDs / Passports data at least 1 week before their arrival date in order to be registered and receive the security code to get their keys.

The second room for a reservation of 2 people has an extra cost of €20 (per stay, regardless of the number of nights) for the preparation of the room and the cost of cleaning the sheets, of very high quality and special treatment.

Please note that the apartment with hot tub is the one named 'two bedroom apartment with spa bath'.

Please note that out of respect for the residents' rest, the whirlpool motors in the Las Naranjas Suite apartment are closed between midnight and 9 a.m.

We would like to remind you that in our three apartments with jacuzzis (very large bathtubs for two people), hot water is supplied by a water heater, as is typical in Andalusian homes (in our case, it's a 150-liter water heater heated to 80 degrees Celsius). This allows for a very pleasant bath a couple of times a day, once the water has reached 80 degrees Celsius. If you would like more frequent baths, for example, every hour, we recommend staying in a hotel with a central and continuous hot water system, as is standard in hotels.

The property will charge as an extra fee for bail 180€ for reservations in the 24 hours prior the check-in.

Please note the establishment reserves the right to require a security deposit of €200 from guests with a record of misconduct.
