Apartment on the beachfront with a large terrace and sea views. Totally new and adapted to the heat, it has three powerful fans in the ceiling of the bedrooms and one in the living room. Private storage room with two bicycles, beach chairs, beach games for children and a set of golf clubs. Also equipped for the winter with heaters and duvets. A 5-minute walk from the train station that connects with Barcelona (50 min), Sitges (20 min) and Tarragona (40 min) By car 40 min. from Port Aventura and 15 min. of golf courses. Ideal space for families with children or groups of several people. The apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, large terrace, dining room with TV and double sofa bed, private storage room, washing machine and a kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator, refrigerator, many kitchen utensils and a coffee maker. The Wifi connection is 4G, the apartment does not have fiber optics. Sunny roof shared on the same floor for drying clothes. Community showers behind the building to remove sand from the beach before entering the building. It does not have private parking, it does have cheap parking around the building.
150 meters from the commercial area (supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, tobacconist, etc.) and the area of nautical, recreational and children's activities in the port area. IMPORTANT NOTE: You must remember not to park on Thursday night in front of the apartment since on Friday there is a market on the street and parking is prohibited. You can park in the streets behind or on the sides of the apartment. 40 minutes by car from the amusement park Port Aventura. A 15-minute drive from several golf courses. 45 minutes by car from the airports of Barcelona-El Prat and Reus.
