-Please note that ee pre-authorize a deposit of 150€ one day before arrival by credit card and it is released once the flat has been cleaned and checked.

-We do not accept groups under 21 years of age in this accommodations. The deposit for groups under 25 years old is 50€ per person.

-The collection of keys will be at our office located at Calle Virgen de las Nieves 35, Edificio Arttyfal (Sierra Nevada).

-The timetable for key collection is from 17:00 to 21:00 hours. After 21:00 hours we will leave the keys in a security box and we will send you directions to the accommodations.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 00:00:00 and 08:00:00.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
