This is a brand new 4 bedroom apartment house with a large sunny terrace near the city center in a quiet area. It is located 350 from the sea, 5 minutes walk from the famous Los Locos beach. It is furnished with new furniture and fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. There is a solarium on the 2nd floor for sunbathing. The location of the apartment is very popular due to the walking distance to the beach, shops, bars, restaurants and yet the quiet and private environment. You will definitely relax at this place.
