Located just 40 meters from the seafront of the main beach of Villajoyosa, is Wave Apartments, a unique building characterized by the common esthetic of the historic city center, colorful houses that once built fishermen for the sake of recognizing their home. The block, in its totality has 21 apartments, classified into three types; studio, one bedroom apartment, and, two bedroom apartment

Currently, the city of Villajoyosa is an emerging tourist area that takes great care of its traditional appearance and Mediterranean cuisine. Due to its excellent geolocation, it is located in a strategic place, just at 10 km from Benidorm city, 32 km from the capital, and 35 minutes from the airport. But, without a doubt, its most valuable asset throughout the year are the abundant crystalline beaches and varied coves that bathe all its coast, and, they are the following: La Caleta, Bol Nou, Paraís, Playa Centro, Estudiantes, El Torres , and, Racó del Conill.
