Niu d´Aus is a small establishment, ideal for families and people who want a pleasant holiday with a friendly atmosphere , cozy and tranquil. It can be your base from which you can go forth and explore what the REAL Mallorca has to offer. We have created a place that will become a wonderful memory, of your time spent in Mallorca.

From our establishment you are within reach of magnificent views, bays and beaches, everything you require to relax, rest and enjoy. Niu d´Aus is a three star, which consists of eighteen apartments. Each one sleeps a maximum of four persons. The apartments have a twin bedroom with wardrobe, living room with sofa bed sleeping two persons, bathroom , and fully equipped kitchen. All apartments have t.v. with international channels, air conditioning and voltage of 220. The complex has a friendly warmth, with a pleasant sunbathing area and swimming pool, as well as games area. We have a small bar, entrance hall and free wi-fi in all areas.

SURROUNDINGS From Niu d´Aus as your starting point, you are able to reach within a few kilometres, many places of interest. We have churches and chapels, natural parks and forest lands, beach resorts, fishing ports, mountains. CALA D´OR: One of the first and most prestigious beach resorts on the island. You are able to find many first class international restaurants, boutiques, and a variety of night time entertainment. CALA EGOS: A quieter resort, with two beaches. The harbour is very close by, within a few minutes walk. It also has some very good restaurants, shops and bars. PORTO PETRO: A unique Little fishing port, hugging the local coastline. Sitting in one of the bars or restaurants you are able to view the daily activities of the fishermen on their boats. You are also able to view the commercial boats and yachts that can be frequently seen. Porto Petro summarises a typical summer in Mallorca. MONDRAGO NATURAL PARK: A natural forest park, with an abundance of wild life and foliage. A haven for hikers or bird watchers.
