Spacious 3+K apartment with a large terrace of 25 m2 and a balcony of 6.5 m2, where there is an outdoor brick fireplace with a large work surface and a sink with water supply. The apartment is spacious, cozy, airy and sunny. All kitchen equipment. Car parking right in front of the house. 2.5 km to Playa Mogán beach.
We emphasize that everything is properly tidy and comfortable not only for families with children, but also for couples or individuals.
The area where the Maris apartment is located is a sought-after location for the most sunny days of the year and the least windy of all the Canary Islands, where even local natives travel to get some sun. Mogán beach has a very calm character without large waves, suitable for small children or older tourists. There is also a private bakery and restaurant near the Maris apartment. There is a bus stop directly in front of the house where a bus leaves every hour.
