This duplex is part of a 4 property complex with communal gardens. At the front of the house is a private terrace furnished with table and chairs and a stone barbecue, ideal for al fresco dining. On the first floor, connected to the lounge, there are two balconies. The north-facing balcony boasts beautiful sea views and is furnished with bar stools and table, and the south-facing balcony is furnished with outdoor sofas for relaxing in the sun or shade. The house has been tastefully decorated and is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Ground floor: 1 master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 shower room. First floor: lounge/dining room with access to the balconies, small kitchen and shower room. Please note that the house is located in a resort with hotels nearby and during the summer season hotel entertainment music may be heard.
