This apartment has a balcony that overlooks VillaMartin Plaza with all its many bars and restaurants, With all the entertainment going on in summer you don’t even have to leave the balcony perfect for people watching or just watching the world go by, There’s also a heated swimming pool within a gated area, La zenia boulevard is only 5 mins away by car and is the largest shopping mall in Europe really worth a visit, There’s also plenty of sandy beaches to make use of with the usual water sports approximately 10 mins by car or 30 min walk I personally like to make good use of the Hopp electric scooters you can find everywhere also there’s a alternative electric scooter provider that does scooters for 5 euro a day, The plaza it’s self has a abundance of bars and restaurants to suit everyone and hairdressers and beauticians ,doctors , dentist and a really good supermarket. If it’s golf your after we are next door to VillaMartin golf course and las ramlas and campoemor courses nearby too, There is a taxi rank opposite the plaza and a bus service that runs by too. If you like Go Karting there’s a really good one a short distance away that caters for adults as well as the younger ones.
