SloveniaThis is a completely new neighborhood, the apartment is spacious, and the beautiful terrace overlooking the pool is a big plus. The kitchen is very well equipped, and you can also use the garage if you wish.
The incredibly friendly Katherine welcomed us, provided all the key information, and was always available via WhatsApp for any questions.
This accommodation deserves a rating of 11/10! Highly recommended!

Great restaurants and huge selection of different cuisines in Villamartin Plaza and surrounding area. Great night life. Full of friendly, happy people :) Regular bus to La Zenia beach and La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre only 10min drive

It's been a few years since we've been to Villamartin and...
It's been a few years since we've been to Villamartin and will be a while before we go back. We stayed at a complex about half a mile away and went to the one afternoon to have a couple of drinks. It was so noisy inside the plaza. There were a lot of people inside and out one of the bars that had to talk quite loudly because one of the bars opposite had bloody awful house or (C)rap music playing loudly.
We went to the north side and there's a restaurant there, who's name escapes me, but it was much more serene with some laid back music which did not assault the senses. I might be an old fart but I'm one that loves rock music, however, there are times when you just want to relax.

Location was perfect, close to amenities and right on the golf course. Facilities and meet and greet were exceptional.
Seperately, our hire car would not start as we left for the airport and the staff (Mark o believe) went above and beyond and in arranging a minibus to the airport to be on standby while his friend brought a battery booster which started the car - emergency averted 👏

Great appartment. Great location for the Plaza without the noise of the plaza. Campo de Golf, 1 min walk. Deck chairs for the pool which is always a bonus. The pool area was very clean and inviting. Very modern, great air con. All the channels you could want on TV. Plenty cleaning products, kitchen utensils. A real home from home.

Apart from the missing plunge pool ,I could not fault it.
Everything you would expect for an apartment was there and more,
Roof terrace exceptional.
Lots of available parking and a couple of minutes walk from the Plaza.
