Located on the first floor of the popular R1B Las Violetas complex, opposite the Villamartin Plaza, so nice and quiet, this apartment is tastefully (new & modern) furnished, having AC’s (hot & cold) in both bedrooms and ceiling fans, English channels TV’s, Wi-Fi, private balcony and open outlook with a wonderful view of the garden and swimming pool. Sun-beds and beach chairs are also available at the property. Golf course, bars, restaurants, shops and leisure facilities are all within 3 mins walk. Across the road is Villamartin Plaza which is one of the oldest landmarks of the area and a main focal point with over 40 bars and restaurants to cater for all needs. There are 2 banks, a grocery store, a medical clinic and entertainment on specific nights. The surrounding area features golf galore with the Campo de Golf Villamartin just a 2mins walk and many others within a few mins drive as well. There are several beaches just 5-10 mins by car - Playa de la Zenia, Cabo Roig, Flamenca, de la Glea, Campoamor. For the little ones and not only, you can find GoKarts, MiniGolf, HorseRiding, AquaPark, all within 12km. 3km away is La Zenia Boulevard, the biggest shopping mall in Orihuela.

Hi, we are Daniela & Daniel Pop and we have 2 children, living together in Vietnam for more than 15y. We own this apartment because we love to spend our holidays in Spain, especially in this area where the sun is shining over 310 days/ year.

The resort where the apartment is located, Las Violetas, has a very well maintain swimming pool and big garden. Around you can find many restaurants and bars, golf course and shops, just walking distance.
