Property info

Apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms, living room kitchen, bathroom and sea view terrace. The complex also has a wonderful swimming pool and an international cuisine restaurant. Located above the gallery with lots of shops and a well-stocked supermarket just 20 meters away. The sea view terrace is on the great Playa de Jandia, located in the Island southern part, here the climate is milder, sometimes 2/3 degrees higher than the northern area which is usually windswept. You can enjoy more sunshine as well as having most of the great beaches just a few minutes away by car.

Neighborhood info

Fuerteventura Island is only 3 and a half hours flight from Europe, having very mild climate all year round (average between 21 and 28 degrees), almost desert, with warm winters, which look like spring, and hot and sunny summers. It has great and deserted white beaches, large dunes of fine sand that slope down into fantastic colours Atlantic ocean. A real paradise for sea lovers and water sports passionates, that you can pleasantly visit in any season.
