We began our journey in Barcelona, and we currently manage more than 20 buildings in Barcelona, Madrid and Porto. We provide everything so that enjoying the destination is your top priority. Go out and explore the city. Try some delicious bites at a local market. Step into a bookstore. Relax in the park and lie down on the grass. We’ll be here, every time you come back.

Property info

The building is in the central Eixample area, just a 5-minute walk from Passeig de Gràcia with its famous buildings by Gaudí. It is ideal for exploring the city on foot. The apartments combine modern amenities & original details: perfect for enjoying the city and then relaxing at home. There is an elevator, and each apartment has free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, all necessary appliances and air conditioning. In summer, you can also use the swimming pool located in the small garden of the adjacent building.

Neighborhood info

The Eixample is the Catalan Art Nouveau centre of the city. The area was built in the late 19th and early 20th century and the architecture of the neighbourhood is stunning, with some real gems to explore. A few steps from your apartment you’ll be able to feast your eyes on amazing buildings such as Gaudí’s Casa Batlló and the lesser-known but stunning Casa Amatller. The area is one of the cultural and shopping hearts of the city. You’ll find designer stores and high street brands next to all sorts of great restaurants and bars. A short walk (15 minutes) will get you to the bustling old city, where you’ll have another great selection of shops, markets, museums, art galleries, restaurants and bars to choose from. The area boasts great transport links and you’ll be able to get to all ends of the city in a few minutes by subway, bus or taxi.
