Our project was created with the idea of offering quality tourist apartments in one of the most charming towns on the Asturian coast. We directly manage the apartments located in the building La Riba 23, right in the historic centre of Luanco, personally taking care of every detail so that our guests can enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay. Although it is a small project, we believe this is actually one of our main strengths. It allows us to maintain a close and attentive management style, paying attention to details and offering a more personal experience than what is often found in properties managed by large companies. The apartments have been recently renovated and are designed to combine the traditional character of the building with the comfort that travellers expect today. Our aim is that guests find a comfortable, practical and well-maintained space where they can feel at home while enjoying a few days by the sea. In addition to providing well-equipped accommodation, we also try to help our guests discover Luanco and its surroundings. We know the area well and we are always happy to recommend restaurants, beaches, walks and special places that visitors might not easily find on their own.
