Come and enjoy Tenerife in our amazing private villa in San Eugenio! You can enjoy the comfort of the spacious spaces and the magnificent breathtaking view at the same time. The villa has 2 floors. On the main floor there is a big and spacious living room with a big comfortable sofa, a dining area and and the fully equipped, modern, mechanized kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms, one is with a double bed, a wardrobe and a bathroom, the other bedroom is with 2 single beds, a wardrobe and a bathroom. From the living room you can go straight out to the terrace, where you have a wonderful view of the southern part of the island, the ocean, the cities and the mountains. You can enjoy the Tenerife sunshine and the pleasant Tenerife climate on comfortable sunbeds. In the evening, you can even enjoy the breathtaking sunsets with a glass of champagne or wine. On the upper floor you will find two more bedrooms. Both bedrooms are spacious, with double beds and built-in wardrobes. As on the lower level, the bedrooms have their own bathrooms for your complete comfort, and the bedrooms also have wonderful views of the cities, ocean and mountains. The entire villa is air-conditioned, so even on hot summer days you can enjoy complete comfort in both the rooms on the lower and upper levels. Another comfort option is the swimming pool in the complex area, the free sunbeds, which are open all year round and can be used free of charge. The building's underground garage is located directly below the villa, where a private parking space belongs to the accommodation. Upon arrival, we will personally wait for you with chilled champagne and water, show you around the villa, and be very happy to help you and give you advice about the area and your vacation. The villa is located in the area of San Eugenio, which is part of Costa Adeje, one of the most popular areas of southern Tenerife. There are beautiful villas, apartment houses and newly built complexes in the area, a truly exclusive part of the island. The nearest beach is only 1,8 km away, and the nearest shopping center is 2 km away. The Siam Park slide park is also 2 km away, and the Aqualand slide park is just 2.2 km away. The accommodation is located 17 km from the southern airport, only 18 minutes.
