The old maritime district of the Barceloneta has been transformed into one of the city’s most dynamic and cosmopolitan areas, it has a wide gastronomic offer, and is especially noted for its maritime paella and its beach bars. The area has good connections to the airport and stops on the main public- transport routes, and all kinds of important services such as ‘Del Mar’ Hospital at 500 m, or the police office at 400 m. The apartment is very near to the Municipal Market, a typical local market inaugurated in 1884. There is a public underground car park on the same street.
