A maximum of 1 pet is allowed per apartment and only pets with a maximum weight of 25 kilos are permitted. • Guests are required to show a photo identification (e.g. passport) and a credit card upon check-in. • Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. • For stays longer than 7 days, a deposit of e200 is required on arrival to cover any damages and this will be collected by credit card. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property and should be refunded in 7 days following check-out. • For non-refundable rates, the hotel reserves the right to request, at check-in, both the credit card used to pay in advance and the cardholder’s ID. • Parties are not allowed.
