The house is on the ground floor and consists of living room with access to a large terrace, fully equiped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It also has another rear terrace, ideal for sunbathing. It is equipped with air conditioning, WIFI and parking space. In the residential complex there is a communal pool, heated pool and sauna.
