It is located in a residential area of new construction, very close to all bars, restaurants, supermarkets and leisure, as a shopping center La Zenia Boulevard. The property is on the ground floor and consists of living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large terrace of 26m2, ideal for sunbathing or enjoying the evenings with friends and family. The property is equipped with air conditioning, WIFI and has a communal pool. You can find easy parking in the next street or in public parking Mil Palmeras.
