Cancellation policy: 48h before arrival.

Modifications and cancellation: Reservations can be modified or canceled free of charge 48 hours before your arrival date. After that period, it will be charged total amount. All modification and cancellation must be made only by email to avoid any problems.

No shows: Total amount will be charged, and reservation will be canceled if you not inform us that you will not arrive

Age restriction: 18-55.

Special conditions:

Groups (bookings of 3 and more people), reservation above 350 euros and for important dates and events*: For the above there is a 14 days cancellation policy. Reservations can be modified or canceled for free at least 14 days before arrival day. We reserve the right to pre-charge the reservations for 50% of the total amount any time from receiving the reservation. If the reservation cannot be pre-charged, we will inform you by email and you will have 24h to respond if we will not hear from you your reservation will be canceled. 14 days before arrival we will charge the rest of the reservation. And free cancellation will not be possible.

Groups must pay a deposit that we return at the end of their stay.

If you have a group booking, we will always try our best to put you together in the same room, but keep in mind this is a hostel and that is not always possible!
