Located in Puerto Rico, this functional and bright 32 m² studio accommodates up to 2 guests. You have a kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, and a washing machine. There is an enclosed balcony with partial sea views, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay in a quiet area of Puerto Rico, just minutes from the beach and entertainment areas. You can relax in the shared outdoor pool with sun terrace and partial sea views. The pool is not heated and there is no lifeguard, so you must follow the established usage rules. Smoking is allowed on the property. Pets and events are not permitted. Please respect quiet hours after 10:00 pm. Puerto Rico Beach and Amadores Beach are within walking distance. You can also enjoy water activities, visit nearby bars and restaurants, and explore local shopping centers, all accessible without long trips or a car. Access to the beach is via stairs or a public sidewalk; the stair area is somewhat steep, so we recommend wearing comfortable shoes for greater safety and comfort.
