Enjoy the summer in this great house near the sea in Sa Ràpita with capacity for 6 guests. The outside spaces around the house invite to spend time outdoors enjoying the good Majorcan weather. You can have breakfast or a drink at the porch by the living room, or simply relax reading a good book while enjoying the refreshing breeze from the sea. At the back of the house, by the kitchen, an outside dining area where you can have lunch or dinner out doors and enjoy fabulous barbecues under the awning protection. On the first floor you will find the ideal place for sunbathing or admiring the stars at night. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around.

This house is located in Sa Ràpita, in the 3rd line from the sea and very close to the beach, only 1.5 km away. In addition to the beach of the village you can also visit the amazing and paradisaical beach of Es Trenc, a wonderful turquoise waters and white sandy beach where you will enjoy really a beach day in a virgin environment. Other beautiful close beaches are Es Molí de s’Estany, Ses Covetes and s’Arenal d'en Tem. You are going to find all basic services for an independent stay in the village, including, bars, restaurants and supermarkets.
