Amenities include Wi-Fi, a workspace, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, and ceiling fans in every room. The traditional construction helps keep the house comfortable in summer. A crib and high chair are also available. Outside, enjoy a spacious private garden, furnished terrace, balcony, and barbecue area—ideal for relaxing outdoors. The location offers easy access to charming spots like Santanyí and Portocolom. There are 6 parking spaces on the property and a security system. Beach towels and 4 bicycles are provided for exploring the area. Farm animals, cats, and dogs live on the estate in a separate area. The host visits briefly (1–2 times daily) to care for them.
