Nice and comfortable apartment located in one of the best urbanizations in the area of ​​Cala Flores. Composed of lounge, large kitchen with terrace-drying, two bedrooms and terrace with unobstructed views. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and views of the mountains and the Mar Menor. The main room has a 150 cm bed with visco-elastic mattress and television. The living room has a fireplace, newly changed air conditioning and a 43-inch SMART TV. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities. Enjoy its large terrace of 20 square meters with rest area and dining area with barbecue. The urbanization stands out for its gardens with tropical plants and its beautiful swimming pool with area for children, adults and jacuzzi, there are hammocks and umbrellas. We accept well educated dogs under the responsibility of the owners, any damage will be deducted from the deposit. The cleaning price is calculated based on a normal cleaning, any extraordinary cleaning due to the client's bad behavior will be discounted from the deposit.
The area of Cala Flores is a very quiet and residential area, composed basically of single-family houses. You will not have to take the car to do your small purchases because you can walk to El Paso Shopping Center, or to go to the summer cinema. Cala Descargador and Cala Flores are less than ten minutes walk away and are ideal for snorkeling.
