Disconnect from routine in this unique home where the sunsets are magical. Our Calma Paraiso house is located in a quiet residential area with a community pool. This single-storey house has 3 en-suite bedrooms with their own bathroom, a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen open to nature. There is also a large fully equipped terrace with a jacuzzi offering fantastic views of the ocean and mountains. This 130 m2 single-storey house has 3 en-suite bedrooms with their own bathrooms, a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen opening onto nature. The living room contains a Smart TV with international channels. High-speed WIFI. Each room has a ceiling fan, two rooms with shower and one room with bath. There is also a large terrace of 70 m2, fully equipped with an outdoor lounge with pergola, deckchairs, parasols, darts and a Jacuzzi.

Very quiet, residential area. Shops and restaurants nearby. The centre of Paraiso is only 20 minutes away on foot. CALMA PARAISO is located on the Costa Adeje (Playa Paraiso) 20 km from the southern airport (Aeropuerto Tenerife sur Reina Sofia) 25 min by taxi. Parking space in front of the house. Bus stop and taxi rank 50 metres from the accommodation.
