Large and cosy finca with swimming pool in the middle of nature. The Majorcan finca has 280 square meters of living space and is prepared for 8 people. The house has a rustic and classic style, has two floors and is located in the south of Mallorca. It has two living rooms, one on the ground floor and the second one on the upper floor. There are several living areas with a sofa, TV, Wifi, armchairs... Five bedrooms: 2 with double bed, three more with 2 single beds and three bathrooms: two with bathtub and one with shower , complete the rest areas. A fully equipped kitchen with a large table so that the 10 people can cook and eat together. The outdoor areas are very well cared for, with a garden, a barbecue area and tables for outdoor meals. A 10x5m swimming pool will make unforgettable holidays and that they can enjoy refreshing baths and games in the hot summer days. Here you can really relax! IMPORTANT: - All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment. - Electricity included ( 3 kw/day and person) - A refundable deposit is charged. - Parties are not allowed. - To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
