Relax in style in this recently renovated apartment! This spacious one bedroom apartment has been sympathetically modernised and is equipped with all amenities. It is set in a beautiful mature garden, it has a wonderful full width terrace, south west facing, allowing inside/outside living. There is a heated swimming pool available, 365 days per year.

Hello! We are Marcel and Simon, a Dutch-British couple that have been enjoying the delights of Gran Canaria for the last 25 years. So much so that we decided to buy this apartment! We wish for you to have a comfortable, relaxed stay in our home. Enjoy its comforts and location.

The apartment is centrally located in an elegant neighbourhood, on a quiet 'no-through-traffic' street between dunes, beach and Cita centre.
