Lovely independent apartment located in the oldest part of historic Mojácar village with great views. The house has sitting room, kitchen, bathroom and one bedroom. Traditionally and comfortably furnished, with total area of about 45 square metres, it has its own private entrance from the street and there is a balcony and terrace. And when the sun is out (and the Almería area averages about 320 sunny days in the year). The apartment is perfectly situated to afford panoramic views of the both the sea and back over the village and the surrounding mountains. It´s a fantastic place!

I love to enjoy Mojacar various festivals, fiestas and activities. You can enjoy swimming, walking and cycling or if you prefer pure relaxation and quiet evenings on the terrace or strolling around the village. This enthralling hillside pueblo, with its jumble of narrow cobbled streets, both attracts and charms visitors all year round.

Mojacar village is just a 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk from the sea and the long stretch of golden beach. A local bus runs twice an hour from the village to the coast. The relaxed charm of the village and the more bustling seafront lifestyle can be enjoyed in equal measure. There is a small convenience store just minutes from the house, while elsewhere in the village you will find numerous gift shops as well as a hardware store and chemist.
