Top -floor refurbished apartment in the centre of Playa del Inglés! This beautiful renovated apartment sits on the 5th floor and has beautiful sea view from the large balcony. Fully equipped (washing machine, dish washer, Nespresso, toaster, etc. etc.), high speed internet and chromecast. Modern bathroom with Italian shower, bedroom with comfortable large double bed. Bright and with all modern comfort. The complex has a heated pool (during winter) With its location on Av. Tirajana it offers a great choice of restaurants and entertainment within walking distance. Less than 10 minutes to the famous dunes of Maspalomas and CC YUMBO and just a few minutes fromCC CITA. This apartment is owned and managed by Dream Holiday Homes GC!

Right in de center of Playa del Inglés, close to CC Cita and Yumbo. Many great restaurants within few minutes walking distance. About 10 to 15 minutes walk to the famous dunes and beach of Playa del Inglés.
