On entering the villa, you are welcomed by a beautifully decorated large lounge dining area which has a really nice homely feel, on this floor there is also a well-equipped spacious kitchen with a table and chairs to enjoy breakfast. There are also three bedrooms on the ground floor, two twin bedrooms each with en suite shower rooms and one with doors to the terrace, there is also a double bedroom and separate shower room.The stairs lead to the first floor where the fourth bedroom is situated, this is a really spacious double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has a large balcony overlooking the pool area with wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. Important Information The balustrades are of a traditional bottleneck design and therefore the gaps range between 10cm- 15cm in places. Please ensure that children are supervised.
