The duplex apartment is situated in a pleasant and beautiful complex in Costa de Antigua. It is quiet, modern and perfect for family and friends holidays. It is located about 10min drive from the airport, 5min from Caleta de Fuste that has got a lot to offer and 15min from Puerto del Rosario which is a capital of the island. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need during your stay such as kitchen, washing machine, plates, cutlery, kettle, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, pans and pots, two bathrooms, two bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds), living room with a sofa bed, TV, small dining table, sunny terrace and a balcony with a small table and chairs. Wi-Fi is available and free for use. In the complex there is a big swimming pool with sunbeds available but also small swimming pool for children. It is a perfect place to get some rest, relax and spend some time together in a beautiful and always sunny Canary Island. The apartment is located in the East Centre of the island so rental car would be advisable. The apartment has got a private parking spot available. In our apartment, each guest receives a set of towels consisting of one large and one small towel, as well as a set of bed linens for each bed. For your convenience, the apartment is equipped with a washing machine, allowing you to refresh your towels or bed linens as needed during your stay. We would also kindly like to remind you that all amenities are provided as described in the offer, and we do not offer additional services beyond what is listed. By making a reservation, please acknowledge that you are renting a private apartment, and that you have thoroughly familiarized yourself with the offer and the property's location
A trusted team of people will be available to the guests before and during their stay within the apartment. I would like to remind that as a private host I am not able to issue invoices.
The apartment is located in a East Centre of the Fuerteventura, only 10min drive from the airport. Next to the complex there is a bus stop, 2 small local supermarkets and a few places to eat and have a drink in a nice atmosphere. The nearest city area with more attractions and amenities is Caleta de Fuste which is about 5min drive from the apartment or 15-20min walk on the promenade next to the coast with a beautiful view. In Caleta you will be able to find variety of restaurants, bars and pubs, shopping centre, casino, golf course and availability of different water sports. There is plenty to do around and enjoy the stay!
