Magnífico chalet / casa independiente con jardín y porche con terraza para disfrutar de veladas al aire libre. Ubicada en la exclusiva urbanización de La Paz, justo debajo del famoso Jardín Botánico de Puerto de la Cruz. La casa dispone de 2 dormitorios con cama de matrimonio, amplia sala de estar con comedor, chimenea y un enorme ventanal con vistas al jardín y cocina completamente equipada con lavadora. En el patio trasero hay a disposición un enorme y moderno Jacuzzi con capacidad para 4 personas. La casa dispone igualmente de espacio de aparcamiento privado. Estamos ubicados en una tranquila urbanización, en la zona residencial de La Paz, a escasos pasos del Jardín Botánico. Con multitud de opciones de restauración en los alrededores, así como supermercados y parada de autobuses / taxis a 1 minuto, con enlace directo al centro de Puerto de la Cruz. Las playas de Martiánez y de Bollullo están al alcance de un idílico paseo a lo largo de la costa.

We are located in a quiet urbanisation, in the residential area of La Paz, just a few steps from the Botanical Garden. There are plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area, as well as supermarkets and a bus/taxi stop just 1 minute away, with a direct link to the centre of Puerto de la Cruz. The beaches of Martiánez and Bollullo are within easy reach of an idyllic walk along the coast.
