Villa 147 sq on the canal with all amenities, private garden, swimming pool, garage. The house is located in a quiet place on the canal, near a park with bike paths, tennis courts. To the city center 12 minutes by bike, to the nearest beach 8-10 minutes by bike. Attention! In the VILLA Fluvia category, the final cleaning fee is 100 euros, the booking price will be recalculated.
