Casa Los Tejales is a large terraced house in El Médano, 5 minutes walk from its 2 main beaches. It has 2 large terraces, one with heated pool. The house is divided into 2 floors. The first consists of patio, living room, kitchen, toilet and overlooks the pool terrace. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, another bathroom and the other terrace from which you can contemplate the sea. There is also a second TV room with a sofa bed that can function as an additional bedroom. Is located in a quiet area, but a 3-minute walk from the center, where there is a variety of restaurants and terraces. A few steps away is a supermarket and opposite a playground. Ideal for families who want to enjoy the spaciousness of the accommodation (220m2) and a private heated pool. Comfortable and fully equipped to feel at home. The pool area has terrace furniture and at the entrance there is a patio. Main European television channels available, and local and national channels. The most popular digital television platform, Netflix, is also available.
