Pleasant, comfortable, good location and completely renovated. The house has four fully furnished rooms. It has a large living room with large windows and a balcony with views of the town center. It has two equipped bathrooms and a large new kitchen (induction, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven, toaster, fryer and other utensils). We apply discount to groups of less than 5 people!
Hi! I'm Marina, I live in Madrid and I work in pharma. Luarca is the most cozy place in Spain for spending few days and for that reason I like to share my beautiful place with you. Enjoy! I give my guests independence, but I am available if they need me.
Modern urban house, recently renovated in the center of Luarca. Ideal for families, groups, business travelers or the Camino de Santiago. - 0 km from the Town Hall. - 6 minutes walk from the beach. - 450 m from the port (pubs and restaurants). - 2 minutes walk from the supermarket and the bus station.
