This 60 m² apartment is on the 2nd floor of a typical Canarian-style building (no elevator), close to the harbor and several beaches. The apartment features a comfortably furnished living room with sofa and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, two TVs (one is a smart TV) with satellite channels, a washing machine, and a dryer. A crib and high chair are available on request. Outside, a spacious terrace with sun loungers is for your exclusive use—enjoy panoramic sea views just meters away. There's also a dining area for breakfast or dinner with stunning vistas. Numerous restaurants, cafés, and bars are just steps away (200-750 m). A mini-market is right outside the main door (1 minute walk), and a larger grocery store is 7 minutes away on foot.
