This 3-storey house offers a fantastic view of the bay of Porto Petro. Located in a quiet area about 10 minutes walk from the center of town. It has three outdoor terraces, where you can have breakfast or dinner almost on the rocks next to the sea. In this place you'll fall asleep and wake up with the sound of the Mediterranian waves. Direct access to the sea located directly opposite the house. There is a Possibility of covered parking subject to availability (1 car). Easy to park outside the house (more than 20 public parking spaces). The following services are offered: Sat/Smart TV (Astra channels/NETFLIX), high speed WIFI, fully equipped kitchen in every floor (3) and weekly cleaning (on request), 2 dishwashers, 2 washing maschines, 4 of 6 bedrooms with direct sea view, large terrace located in the ground floor partly covered by a wooden patio roof, overlooking the bay and with direct access to the sea rocks. ,
I dedicate myself professionally to the hospitality industry, which has led me to live and work in different parts of Spain and Europe. This has made me to value increasingly this place in Porto Petro, owned by my family for many years, as a place of incomparable rest and relaxation .
The bay of Porto Petro is one of the most beautiful natural harbors on the island. Here the water is crystal clear and perfect for snorkeling and swimming. Although there is no beach there is a pretty fishing village that retains the essence of the old seaport. In the spring there are several restaurants where you can enjoy the specialties of the area. Just north we can find the lively resort of Cala d'Or. South on the coast, halfway between Porto Petro and Cala Figuera, it is the Natural Park Mondragó: a double bay, whose extensive sandy beaches are surrounded by cliffs and dunes. In this beautiful nature reserve you can perform various hiking and cycling. Registered vacational house with license nº ETV / 11385 of the Ministry of Tourism of the Government of the Balearic Islands.
