It is situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood with permanent residents, ideal for guests seeking a peaceful and relaxing stay. The house is next to the Montaña Pelada Natural Monument, a protected volcanic area with scenic coastal trails perfect for walking and hiking. Playa Montaña Pelada beach is only a short walk away. The property accommodates up to 12 guests and includes 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a spacious living-dining area, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV (with guest accounts for streaming services), and Wi-Fi. Bedroom distribution: Ground floor – 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds, 2 bathrooms.
