La casa se encuentra en el municipio de Tomiño, en el provincia de Pontevedra. Tomiño se halla en la desembocadura del Río Miño, en la frontera con Portugal. A 5 minutos se encuentra la playa fluvial y a 15 minutos la playa de mar. Se encuentra en plenas RÍAS BAJAS. Tomiño se halla en la ruta de los vinos albariños con denominación de origen RIAS BAIXAS, destaca por su gastronomía, sobre todo por el buen marisco, todo tipo de carnes a la brasa, el cocido o la empanada gallega. A 30 minutos se halla Vigo. La ubicación permitirá conocer al visitante una zona increible entre valles, colinas y ríos, disfrutando también de las Rías Bajas gallegas...
Los titulares del establecimiento somos un matrimonio que nos dedicamos desde hace 20 años a los alojamientos y al turismo rural. También somos dueños de un Restaurante especializado en gastronomía típica gallega, Tapería-Restaurante "O Rolete". Se pueden degustar pescados, carnes, mariscos, empanadas, arroces, verduras ... etc.
La casa pone a disposición de sus clientes bicicletas que permitirán hacer rutas y visitar muchos lugares mediantes excursiones que se pueden programar, en colaboración con la propiedad de la vivienda. Tomiño destaca por la producción de Kiwis, la recolección de setas en otoño, plantaciones de viña, por los magostos que se organizan en septiempre y noviembre con la degustación de vino casero y música y baile tradicional. En verano (julio y agosto) se organizan todos los fines de semana fiestas populares distribuidas entre sus 15 aldeas o parroquias. La caza, la pesca y el senderismo son actividades muy prácticadas en Tomiño. Cruzando a Portugal (a cinco minutos) en Vilanova de Cerveira se puede disfrutar de un impresionante parque, que dispone de mini-golf, chorros de agua y distintas atracciones para los más pequeños. Los sábados puedes acudir al impresionante mercadillo que ocupa un espacio superior a los 30.000 m2. Si te desplazas a Valença do Minho, a 10 minutos en coche, puedes visitar la Ciudad Fortaleza y los miércoles de otro impresinante mercadillo al aire libre.
